1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using MaxiClaw ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
MaxiClaw provides a hosted AI workspace that connects supported large language models to messaging platforms such as Telegram and Discord. Features, models, and limits depend on your active subscription plan.
3. Free Trial
New accounts may receive a 7-day free trial of a paid plan. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged. After the trial, your selected plan will renew on the billing cycle you chose (monthly or annual).
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Annual plans are billed once per year at a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. Credit packs and server upgrades are billed separately and consumed as used.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing activities, including spam, harassment, deception, or any use that violates the policies of the underlying AI providers or messaging platforms.
6. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI outputs may be inaccurate or inappropriate; you are responsible for reviewing and using them at your discretion.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
