Refund Policy

We want you to be confident when you try MaxiClaw. This Refund Policy explains when you can request a refund, what is non-refundable, and how to contact us. By subscribing to a plan or purchasing add-ons you agree to the terms below.
1. Subscription plans (7-day refund)
You can request a full refund of your first monthly subscription payment within 7 days of the initial charge, provided that you have not consumed more than 20% of the included credits for that billing period. Refunds are not available for renewal payments after the first month or for annual prepayments after the first 7 days.
2. Credit packs (non-refundable)
One-time credit top-ups are delivered to your workspace immediately and are non-refundable once credited. Unused credits never expire while your account is active.
3. Add-ons (server upgrades, extra slots)
Recurring add-ons (extra user slots, extra model slots, server upgrades) can be cancelled at any time and will not renew on the next billing cycle. We do not pro-rate refunds for the unused portion of the current month.
4. Service issues
If MaxiClaw is unavailable due to a confirmed incident on our side for more than 24 consecutive hours within a billing period, you may request service credits or a partial refund proportional to the downtime.
5. Crypto payments
Payments made in cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT) are refunded in the same asset at the network rate at the time of the refund. Network fees are deducted from the refunded amount.
6. Chargebacks & abuse
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, terms-of-service violations, or when the Service has been used in bad faith. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in account suspension.
7. How to request a refund
Email billing@maxiclaw.com from the email address registered to your account with the order ID and a short description of the issue. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
