We use your data to operate and improve the Service, route your messages to the AI models and messaging platforms you connect, manage your subscription and credit balance, prevent abuse, and communicate important account or service updates.

3. AI Providers and Messaging Platforms

When you use the Service, your prompts and related context are forwarded to the third-party AI providers you have activated (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Mistral, Cohere, Meta, DeepSeek, Qwen, xAI) and to the messaging platforms you connect (Telegram, Discord). Their use of your data is governed by their respective privacy policies.

4. Data Storage and Security

Account data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with row-level security and encryption in transit. We apply reasonable safeguards, but no system is 100% secure; you use the Service at your own risk.

5. Cookies and Sessions

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember workspace preferences. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

6. Your Rights

You can access, export, or delete your account data at any time from your dashboard. If you cannot find what you need, contact us and we will assist within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. After deletion, residual copies in backups are removed on a rolling schedule.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). Do not use the Service if you do not meet the minimum age.
